Twin brothers Steve and Stu Thompson own and operate Twin Coyotes Winery with their families. All of their wines are handmade in small batches, with attention to detail to produce premium wines. Great wines start in the vineyard, and they only use sustainably farmed grapes, either from their own Coyote Moon Vineyard or from other vineyards in the Paso Robles area that adhere to their standards and principles of sustainability; protect the land, protect the workers, and protect the economic viability of the vineyard. They believe wine should be fun. They often work late into the night and sometimes hear the local coyotes howling. Of course they howl along with them. So, enjoy the wines, drink responsibly, and occasionally howl at the moon.
“Sherryi and I had a blast at the Mardi Gras celebration! The wine was great, the food was yummy, and the musical entertainment was awesome. We’ll be back soon!”
“Great wine!! we bought the Port & the Chardonnay, today my new FAV wine!!”
“What a fun little spot! The wine was yummy and we picked up a few bottles as well as some other fun little items they had in their store. We got to try to toss a cork into a bowl to get our tastings free and everyone in my gorup had fun with that. I would definitely reccomend stopping in here if you’re in the area.”
“We very much enjoyed our visit last month. You and Signe have a great partnership … your wines are excellent.”
